At present, we exclusively provide shipping services within the United States. Our standard processing time for retail orders is typically 1 to 2 business days to ship; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We utilize USPS First-Class or Priority Mail for shipping, with an anticipated delivery timeframe of 2 to 4 business days within states where our products comply with legal regulations. It is important to note that USPS does not currently deliver to military bases. Consequently, placing an order to these locations may lead to an indefinite hold and the risk of being banned from future purchases at our discretion.

After your package has been shipped and is with the carrier, Exotics Bloom is not responsible for its current location or status. Seeking to cancel or dispute a charge for an order that has already been placed or shipped will be regarded as an attempted fraud and a breach of our Terms of Service. If we detect any fraudulent or suspicious activity, we may restrict your ability to order from our websites, retail locations, or any affiliated companies.

Once a shipment is in transit, we are unable to exert control over it. Consequently, we do not accept return or cancellation requests during this phase. Please be advised that communications sent to Exotics Bloom customer service, whether by email, telephone, or other means, are not afforded any right of privacy. Exotics Bloom employs a USPS address verification system, and if your address cannot be verified, you will be contacted by phone or email by our customer service department, which may result in a delay of your order.

Shipping times are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed. Exotics Bloom provides Route Shipping Insurance as an option to help ensure that packages reach their intended destinations. If you opt out of Route Shipping Insurance, you forgo coverage for your order, and Exotics Bloom is not accountable for any lost, delayed, missing, stolen, or damaged packages.
