Inspecting Your Shipment
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt to Contact@exoticsbloom.com. To process your refund or replacement, you must provide detailed information and photo proof of the damage within this timeframe.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the extensive time, effort, and care involved in providing our products, refunds are only available for UNOPENED AND SEALED products within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
